Privacy policy

This policy describes Waker Station (com.arca.playerarca), operated by Jungwoo Ok. It applies to the app and this support website.

Information we process

• Account information: email address, authentication credentials processed by Supabase Auth, account ID, chosen player name/handle and optional public profile links.
• Your content and activity: characters, skills, stories/journeys, diary entries, notes, checklists, calendar records, attendance and meditation records, preferences, timestamps and cloud-save revisions. What you choose to enter may include personal or sensitive information.
• Community activity: content and profile details you explicitly publish, likes and related timestamps. Published content is visible to other users.
• Technical information: our hosting and authentication providers process network information such as IP addresses, request times and security/error logs to operate and protect their services.
• Support: your email and the information you choose to include when contacting us.

In-app purchases, coins and RevenueCat

On supported mobile apps we use your app account ID with RevenueCat to associate one-time coin purchases with your account. Apple, Google and RevenueCat process product and transaction identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, payment and refund status, and technical information needed to verify purchases. Waker Station stores the coin balance, credits and debits, bonus coins, and owned item identifiers to deliver purchases, synchronize ownership, prevent duplicate credit, resolve support requests and analyze purchase/refund totals in RevenueCat reports. We do not receive full payment-card details and do not send private stories, journals or notes to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Active wallet and item ownership records are deleted with the account. Minimal transaction references and refund/duplicate-processing flags may remain after unlinking the deleted account to prevent repeated credit, and records required by applicable law may be retained for the legally required period. Remaining provider records are governed by their policies. These purchases do not involve advertising tracking.

How we use it

We use data to authenticate you, store and synchronize your records, provide app features and community sharing, answer support requests, prevent abuse and maintain security. Account credentials are needed for sign-in; diary entries, notes, public links and publishing content are optional.

Storage and service providers

Records may be stored on your device and synchronized to the Waker Station Supabase project. Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Cloudflare hosts this support website and processes requests to it. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, under their service and data-protection terms. Data is sent over HTTPS. Access controls restrict private cloud records to the account concerned.

We do not sell personal data. This version does not include advertising SDKs or use your records for cross-app advertising tracking. We do not send your private journal content to a generative-AI service. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and users.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and saved records while you use the service. You can edit or delete records in the app. To delete your account and associated active cloud data, follow these instructions. Limited security logs, legally required records and provider backups may remain for their applicable retention periods; they are not used to restore a deleted account for normal use. Copies that other people independently saved or shared are outside our direct control.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data by emailing [email protected] from your account email. We may verify account ownership. Avoid putting sensitive information into public community posts. The service is intended for users aged 16 and older; contact us if a child has provided personal information.
